In our collaboration with Volkswagen (VW), we worked closely with VW's engineering and design teams and internal stakeholders to clearly define user requirements and prioritize features, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the final product. The project revolved around developing a remote management app and an infotainment system.
Aiming to improve overall user experience and satisfaction, we worked on developing a solution that will allow users to manage their vehicles remotely, access ride statistics, and plan trips using a mix of smartphones and smartwatches with different operating systems. Aside from keeping compatibility issues in mind, the challenge was to come up with an app that could integrate seamlessly with different devices and cars while offering functions of remote vehicle management and trip planning capabilities.
