Product Owner – Google Cloud Platform

Our vision is to provide easy-to-use platform with out-of-the-box compliance, security and analytics. It is well integrated with control and support processes & tooling. Platform is hosting tens of applications, it is used by tens of internal teams and hundreds of engineers.

We are seeking product owner to lead the delivery of platform features and improvements on Google CloudPlatform (GCP) for our internal engineering teams. Product owner will become responsible for several key components of the platform and (s)he will cooperate closely with platform’s product manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product management within an enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product backlog items for platform features on GCP.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Support platform engineering team on delivery of high-quality platform features.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to enhance functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a product owner or functional analyst.
  • Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with internal engineering teams and understanding their needs.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and documentation fully in English. Czech and German are a benefit but not needed.

Type: full-time, contract


Location: Prague on-site 2-4 days a month for workshops, the rest on-site or remote
